For a beginner, there are a lot of steps involved in filling a bong. This guide will help you prepare your bong before you begin.

Here is a step by step method for filling your bong:

• Fill a bong with water

• Make sure the bong is clean and dry before filling with water.

• Use a funnel to fill the bong with water until it is about half full.

By adding ice to a bong and smoke will cool down, making it smoother.This is because of the evaporation that occurs when you add water to your bong, which can make your smoke taste nasty if not properly cooled down before inhaling.

• Grind up your cannabis

You can use a grinder to grind up your cannabis. To do this, place the cannabis in the bowl of your grinder and turn it on. It should take about 30 seconds or so for it to grind up the weed into tiny pieces. When finished, you will have kief (which is what's left in the bottom) and stems/seeds/stalks if you're using those types of plants.

Kief is stored separately from flower because it has no THC content; however, some people like to mix their kief with flower for added effects! If you store both types together then make sure that there isn't any water sitting on top of them because this could cause mold growth over time which would ruin all your hard work!

Fill the bowl with water. The bowl should be filled to approximately 1/4 of the way full and then capped off with a rubber stopper or other type of sealant. Grind up your cannabis into small chunks (about the size of rice). Once it’s ground up, place it into one end of your pipe/bong and then pack it down with more ground cannabis until there are no gaps between each chunk in order to avoid any possible leaks during use later on down the road! If possible try using something like an old coffee grinder with multiple holes so that when placed over top certain areas within said receptacle they won't fall out while being smoked regardless whether they're still attached via stringing together pieces together due them having been previously separated beforehand so therefore won't fall off immediately after hitting bottom first time around either."
